Communion Ministry to the Homebound

“The full sacramental sign of the Eucharist, after all is not simply eating and drinking the Eucharistic supper, but rather eating and drinking together.”
                                                                                                        ~ Ralph Keifer

Many of our sisters and brothers are unable to be with us at Sunday Mass, but they are still a part of our community, the Body of Christ.  Aware of the need for us to share the Word of God and the Eucharist with our sisters and brothers who are unable to be with us, we invite parishioners to visit them and share with them the Bread of God’s Word and the Sacrament of Holy Communion.  Some parishioners are visited weekly and others are visited monthly.
