Follow-up Phone calls to the Recently Hospitalized

The purpose of this ministry is

· To extend the love of Christ to our sick brothers and sisters,
·
To offer a “Soup for the Soul” meal
·
To offer pastoral care in the form of a communion call
·
To learn if the patient has moved into a nursing or rehab facility

Hello, I am calling on behalf of our parish community. We hear you were sick and wanted to offer prayers and support…  The person behind this friendly greeting will be Carol Saccamano, who has graciously agreed to call the home of parishioners who have recently been hospitalized. Carol, a retired nurse with a warm disposition, is well suited to this ministry. We are grateful to her sharing her time and talent.
